Before you order

Does it work with my phone?

It holds phones with a built-in magnet (MagSafe, such as iPhone 12 and newer) or with a MagSafe case. Other phones need a thin metal plate on the case. It holds the phone; it does not charge it.

Won't my phone fall off?

No: the magnet holds your phone, also while you turn it. With MagSafe it holds best. And if it isn't for you: 30 days to send it back.

Does it really turn?

Yes: the base turns all the way round (360°) and the head tilts. Turn the upper part of the base, not the head.

Where do I stick it?

On a smooth, clean part of the dashboard — not on or near an airbag and not in your view. Press it for a minute and let it set overnight.

When will my order arrive?

Delivery takes 6–10 working days; you see the expected dates next to the button and in your cart. It comes in its own parcel.

Can I send it back?
