Tomorrow at your door (Netherlands)
In the Netherlands items from our own stock travel as a PostNL letterbox parcel with tracking. PostNL delivers letterbox parcels Monday to Saturday, within one delivery day. So an order placed before 16:00 on a working day is in your letterbox the next day, also when you order on a Friday (delivered on Saturday). Orders after 16:00 or at the weekend go out the next working day. PostNL does not deliver on public holidays; allow one extra day then.
Outside the EU
Not yet. We are starting with the Netherlands and the EU so there are no customs forms or import charges for you. The UK, Switzerland, Norway and the US follow later.
Tracking
When your order ships you get an email with the tracking number. You can also check it any time on Track your order.
Lost or damaged
If your parcel does not arrive or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number. The risk stays with us until the parcel is delivered to you.
