Does it work with Android?

No. It works with Apple's Find My app, so you need an iPhone (or iPad/Mac with Find My).

How do I connect it?

Open the Find My app on your iPhone, tap Items, then Add Item and Other Item, and follow the steps. It takes about a minute.

When will my order arrive?

Delivery takes 3–7 working days; you see the expected dates next to the button and in your cart. It comes in its own parcel. If you add a wallet, that usually arrives first.

Can I send it back?

30 days to change your mind after delivery. Not happy? Just send it back. Returns

How do I pay?

You pay on Stripe's secure page. You can use iDEAL | Wero, Apple Pay, Google Pay, a credit or debit card, Klarna or Bancontact. You only see the ways to pay that work in your country.

What will I see on my bank statement?

The payment shows as LUZOF. If you pay with Klarna, you pay Klarna.
