The Pop-up Wallet
How does the pop-up work?
There is a small lever at the bottom of the card case. Press it and all the cards in the case slide up in steps, so you see each one. Take the card you need and push the rest back down.
How many cards fit?
Up to 10 cards.
Does it hold coins?
No. There is no coin pocket. It is made for cards and notes, so it stays slim.
How big is it?
About 10 × 7 × 2 cm.
Does it block RFID skimming?
Yes: cards inside the card case are shielded from RFID readers.
What's in the box?
One Luzof wallet, in a small box. The cards and notes in the photos are not included.
Are the colours in the photos exact?
The Midnight Black photos are real photos. The photos of the other colours are digital colour previews made from those photos, so the real colour can look a little different.

What is the difference between the three wallets?
The Pop-up Wallet: Press the lever and your cards slide up. The Slim Wallet: A flat bifold with a money clip and a coin pocket. The Card Clip: One firm block with a clip for your cash. Compare them side by side.

Ordering and paying
How do I pay?
You pay on Stripe's secure page. You can use iDEAL | Wero, Apple Pay, Google Pay, a credit or debit card, Klarna or Bancontact. You only see the ways to pay that work in your country. We never see or store your card details.
What will I see on my bank statement?
The payment shows as LUZOF. If you pay with Klarna, you pay Klarna.
Do I need an account?
No. You check out as a guest with your email address. With your order number and email you can track your order.
Can I buy more than one?
Yes. You can order up to 5 per colour.
Delivery and returns
Where do you deliver, and how fast?
We deliver in the Netherlands and the rest of the EU. Order by 16:00 on a working day and we ship it the same day with PostNL, with tracking.
- Netherlands: free, in your letterbox the next day.
- Belgium, Germany, France and nearby: €6.95, 2–5 working days.
- Rest of the EU: €8.95, 3–7 working days.
- 2 wallets or more: free delivery in the whole EU.
We don't deliver outside the EU yet. See shipping.
Can I return it?
Yes. Tell us within 30 days after delivery. You don't need to give a reason. (The law gives you 14 days. We give you 30.) Send it back and we refund the price and the shipping you paid. You pay the postage to send it back. How returns work.
What if it arrives broken?
Tell us with your order number. We repair it, replace it or refund you. This is separate from the 30 days to change your mind.
