1. Who you buy from

The seller named above. These terms apply to every order on luzof.nl.

2. Prices

Prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown before you pay. The price at the moment you place your order is the price you pay; if a price is clearly wrong (an obvious error), we may cancel the order and refund you.

3. Your order

The contract is made when your payment is confirmed. You receive a confirmation email with your order number. If an item turns out to be unavailable after all, we tell you and refund you in full.

4. Payment

Payment runs through Stripe's secure checkout. Available methods depend on your country.

5. Delivery

We deliver to the address you give at checkout, within the times on the shipping page (in the Netherlands: the next day for orders placed before 16:00 on a working day), and at the latest within 30 days.

6. Right of withdrawal

You have 30 days after delivery to cancel without giving a reason (the legal minimum is 14 days). See returns for how it works.

7. Guarantee

The wallet must be what we promise and fit for normal use. If it is not, you have your rights under consumer law (in the EU at least 2 years for defects present at delivery).

8. Complaints

Tell us within a reasonable time after you notice a problem; we reply within 14 days. If we can't solve it together, you may go to the competent court; consumers living in the EU keep the protection of their own country's law.

9. Law

Dutch law applies, without taking away the mandatory consumer protection of the country where you live.
